Chrisie’s Cakes was founded in 2010 by Chrisie Wilson, after leaving university and Biomedical Science field. Her passion for baking and decorating started at a young age and grew into a hobby as she got older.
Each cake is made to order and always baked from scratch, using perfected recipes and some family recipes ( taste testing was brutal, but one had to endure!). “It is our priority to give each cake the individual attention it deserves” says Chrisie.
Chrisie has completed all three PME modules in Sugarpaste, Royal Icing and Sugarflowers. She has also completes Wilton courses in Buttercream, Sugarpaste and Sugar flowers. She has also taken countless courses to improve her skills and worked at a renowned Cake decorating company, she considers herself fortunate to be doing what she loves.
She takes great pride in her work and that is why she personally bake, design and decorate all of the cakes that comes through her business.
